JAKE SISNEROS DO-CARE FOUNDATION is a charity, non-governmental and non-religious organisation established with the passion, vision and mission to impact lives positively in various ways. Founded in 2025 with the main office at Plot 49, Cadestal Zone, Off Airport Rd, Lugbe Extension, Kapwa, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
At the Jake SISNEROS Foundation, we provide humanitarian assistance in various areas, such as health support ,Drug abuse awareness, Youth empowerment, education support, and advocacy. Our organisation prioritises the well-being of others in order to have a society full of potential.
We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.

OUR DREAM Our dream is to create a world where no one suffers from hunger, poverty, or neglect, a world where every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, hope and purpose. We envision communities filled with compassion, equality and a long-lasting positive change.
Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
